A not guilty verdict has been delivered in a Serious Fraud Office (SFO) trial involving an alleged offer of a bribe to an Auckland Council official.

Two former employees of Thermakraft Industries (NZ) Ltd (Thermakraft) appeared in the Auckland District Court today and were sentenced for fraud and corruption.

Former director of MediaWeb Limited (MediaWeb), Victor John Clarke, has been sentenced in the Auckland District Court today to three years’ imprisonment.
