Former Chief Executive of Heart of the City, Alex Gordon Swney (57) has appeared in the Auckland District Court today. Mr Swney has been sentenced to five years and seven months’ imprisonment for charges brought respectively by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and the Inland Revenue.

The Director of Grace Holdings NZ Limited (Grace NZ), Kairuaiti Tangata Oropai Robert Kairua (55), has pleaded guilty in the Auckland District Court to charges laid by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO).

Linnet Lewis has today been sentenced to five years and five months’ imprisonment in the High Court at Rotorua.

A major joint enforcement agency operation led by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has concluded today with the sentencing of Noelene Kay Banton and Johannes Hendrik Maria Middeldorp in the High Court at Wellington.
